  Programs are available for corporate, group and individual clients.
Seminars and Clinics
Optimal Lifestyles conducts seminars, clinics and yoga for golfers. We partner with golf professionals who understand the importance of flexibility & fitness for golfers— to lower the risk of injury, increase enjoyment of the game, and improve performance. Stretching, strengthening and endurance techniques are incorporated as part of a golf clinic. In addition we address the mental game for focus and concentration.

Yoga for Golfers
Yoga provides a mind-body connection within the game of golf.  We teach how breathing and other centering techniques can improve focus and concentration. The instruction emphasizes the importance of relaxation and long, loose muscles to improve performance and hit the ball farther.

Golf Fitness
Optimal Lifestyles provides seminars and hands on demonstrations of fitness related activities.  Topics include exercise drills, fitness tips and stress management all of which will enhance your golf performance.
